   * Build against the packaged ltk (libltk-dev 0.2.x) from the Debian cargo
     registry instead of the in-tree ../ltk path.
   * Support cross-building (e.g. dpkg-buildpackage -aarm64 on amd64) via the
     host arch's Rust target and the cross toolchain in .cargo/config.toml.
   * Built-in interactive screenshot capture to the clipboard (Wayland and
     Xwayland), replacing the grim shell-out, with a camera shutter sound.
   * Fix X11/Wayland clipboard interoperability in both directions.
